I-Press control from Sutherland helps regulate pressure, speed

Sutherland has introduced the I-Press press control. It uses software-based controls and touchscreen displays, offers a variety of safety features, andis built for automation and expandability.

The Hydro version allows users to create performance profiles in one stroke. Distance, pressure, and speed can be regulated to optimize die performance and part output and reduce secondary operations, the company reports.
