LVD introduces 60-ton Dyna-Press 60/20 electric-drive press brake

LVD has introduced the Dyna-Press 60/20 high-speed, electric-drive press brake for air bending, coining, hemming, and bottoming.

The 60-ton machine provides 2 m of working length and a 5-axis backgauge, offering bending speeds up to 25 mm/sec. The Pro model is equipped with the company’s Easy-Form laser system for greater control of the bending process. It also offers an optional custom-made crowning system.

The press brake consumes low electricity and delivers fast cycle times to bend more parts per minute more efficiently at a lower cost per part, the company states. A streamlined design uses two heavy-duty ballscrews to drive the force transmission from the servomotors to the pressing force of the ram.
