Mobile die changing consoles from Roemheld have compact design for low press beds

Roemheld has introduced a manually movable changing console for dies up to 50 tons. Electrically driven via a push chain drive, the compact console can be used on low press beds and in difficult-to-access environments. It can be mounted alternately on different presses and integrated into partially or fully automated processes. It is available in different versions for new installations and retrofitting. Customized die setup and changing systems are available.

Once at the machine, the unit is firmly attached to the press with an integrated docking system, and the die is placed on the console by forklift or crane. The integrated push chain drive moves the die to its final position in the press via integrated roller and ball bars.
