Schuler’s MC 125 stamping press is fully networked for medium-size companies

Schuler has redesigned its MC 125 stamping press to offer smart functions to medium-sized companies preparing for the internet of things. With its additional integrated sensors, the press’s condition can be monitored fully at all times to help ensure productivity and prevent unplanned shutdowns.

The stamping machine’s mechanics also have been updated with a sliding guide via prestressed, play-free roller guides. According to the company, they ensure necessary precision for components with a high cutting accuracy while remaining low maintenance.

The rigid welded construction with low bed deflection helps ensure high die service life. The transverse shafts turning in opposite directions compensate for the lateral rotation forces.
