System delivers consistent lubrication in small press windows

Unist offers the Uni-Roller® S2 stock lubrication system, designed to deliver consistent lubrication in small press windows. Guarding has been improved to help guide material when loading coil stock or feeding blanks and to increase protection for the system’s rollers.

The internally fed roller allows the system to apply the exact amount of lubricant required, states the company. The rollers feature a quick-change design simple replacement of roller covers.

According to the company, the stock lubrication system offers ease of maintenance in any manufacturing environment. It delivers a 50 percent or better reduction in lubricant consumption with the added benefit of cleaner floors and press areas, says the manufacturer.
