Real-time machine status software updated

Cincinnati Incorporated has announced updates to its CIberDash software, which provides real-time status of the manufacturer’s machines anywhere from any device.

A newly designed dashboard and detailed log files provide users information for analyzing and optimizing their assets. They can schedule when, who, and how frequently they want to receive raw machine data or prebuilt reporting. Users can view up to six additional days of machine activity with the Expanded Time Frames feature.

Built-in notifications alert users if a machine goes offline and when it hits errors. These notifications can be customized to send only during a worker’s shift or when an issue happens three times.

The software runs on a PC or server for local data logging. The user can choose to export data as a raw or preconfigured CSV file. Data is generated for each machine so that information can be processed for sharing and collaboration.
