SMGlobal FastMaint CMMS software v.13

SMGlobal has released FastMaint CMMS software v.13. This computerized maintenance management software program lets facilities maintenance managers schedule preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance work, send work orders to maintenance staff on their mobile phones, receive feedback from maintenance workers, and track the progress of all outstanding and completed jobs. It can be used for on-site maintenance or field service management.

The software has enterprise asset management features to track equipment and facilities, manage inventory, and maintain supplier records for ordering spares and equipment. It automatically schedules maintenance activities based on dates, meter readings, emergency conditions, or any criteria that the maintenance planner specifies.

Users can insert pictures and link their work orders to outside supporting documents. New features include TLS 1.2 support for email, improved reports, better access to online training, and user interface improvements.
