CrossFlex honing brushes from Weiler Abrasives available in variety of diameters

Weiler Abrasives has introduced CrossFlex honing brushes. Available in small, medium, and large diameters and with heavy-duty options, these brushes provide a surface finish free of metal burrs, the manufacturer reports. They are designed for manual or automated use in automotive; marine; oil and gas production; aerospace; and tube, pump, and valve production applications.

The brushes are available in 120, 180, 240, and 320 grit. Flexible nylon stems distribute pressure evenly, self-centering within the part. Available collet-ready brushes deliver a true center rotation and brush balance for both hand-held and automated applications.
