Power feed beveler processes thick materials

Heck PRO-60G

Heck Industries/Woodward Fab has introduced a new power feed beveling machine for large beveling requirements.

The PRO-60G portable milling machine can bevel up to 2-3/8 in. and can handle material up to 3-1/2 in. thick. It features the ability to change the angle of bevel from 20 to 50 degrees. The tool can be used stationary or will walk along the plate.

The machine delivers 6 tons of air pressure to secure plate during beveling. Features include a variable-speed spindle, variable-speed feed rate, and a spring-loaded trolley. It handles materials such as stainless, abrasion-resistant steel, and armor plate.
