Böhler Welding offers weldCare finishing chemicals for cleaning stainless steel and restoring its protective chromium-oxide skin. The chemicals are applied after fabrication, transport, or storage of stainless steel products and also can be used for maintenance of in-service installations.
Products are available for brush, spray, and bath pickling applications on ferritic and austenitic stainless steel, duplex stainless steel, and nickel-based alloys.
