Ceramic flap wheels, flap bands, mini flap discs grind and blend on stainless steel

Wendt USA LLC has expanded its line of ceramic flap wheels, flap bands, and mini flap discs for stainless, titanium, and nickel-based alloys. These products allow the user to achieve a superior finish on stainless steel tanks, food service equipment, and turbine and aerospace parts, the company reports.

They provide an aggressive cut, long life, and a grinding aid to reduce heat buildup. Many sizes are available in grits from 40 to 120.
