CorroLogic CorrPlug caps from Cortec protect pipes against corrosion

Cortec offers CorroLogic® CorrPlug® heavy-wall black polyethylene pipe caps. They contain proprietary vapor-phase corrosion inhibitors to protect pipe threads, pipe ends, and other tubular objects from corrosion, mechanical damage, and contamination during transit, handling, and storage.

In addition, VpCI®-337, VpCI pouches, or CorroLogic tube strips can be used in combination with the caps to emit corrosion inhibitors that form a protective molecular layer on the internal surfaces of pipe walls. The caps keep the protective vapors from escaping.

The pipe caps are made to order in diameters from 0.25 to 64 in. They protect carbon steel, stainless steel, copper, brass, and aluminum.
