DTI’s fantomJET ultrahigh-pressure fan jet offers maximum surface coverage

Diamond Technology Innovations has introduced an ultrahigh-pressure fan jet for blasting and surface preparation. The fantomJET nozzle is equipped with a tetraCORE diamond orifice shaped to create a fan jet spray pattern that covers an average of five times more surface area than a single jet while maintaining maximum impact force over the entire jet stream spread, according to the manufacturer.

Rated up to 60,000 PSI, the nozzle performs with zero degradation of the fan jet inlet geometry over the product’s lifetime to prevent loss in system pressures during use. The fan jet enables the cleaning of softer material with less damage and improved product removal control, says the company.

Applications include industrial and maritime cleaning, paint removal, rubber removal, high-pressure water deburring, and pipe cleaning.
