EcoCvelox from Ecoclean combines waterjet deburring, cleaning, drying

Ecoclean has developed the modular EcoCvelox system, which combines 5-axis, high-pressure deburring with various part cleaning and drying processes in a custom configuration. According to the company, it can achieve cycle times of 15 seconds per pallet.

Features include a CAD/CAM interface for rapid, offline programming of the high-pressure deburring function, as well as dynamic part handling technology.

With the modular design, a combination with other products from the manufacturer, such as solvent cleaning before deburring in applications involving high oil input, also is possible. The diverse standard modules of the system are rated for parts measuring 200 by 200 by 200 mm, which are supplied on pallets. This format covers most general industry applications.
