Exair’s 1/4 NPT FullStream liquid nozzle provides cooling, washing, rinsing

Exair’s new 1/4 NPT FullStream liquid atomizing spray nozzle provides a full-cone spray pattern for applying pressurized liquids for industrial cooling, cleaning, washing, rinsing, and dust-suppression applications.

The tangential flow design is vaneless, which creates open internal features to prevent clogging while producing a uniform distribution in a round pattern with medium to large droplets. The compact, right-angle design handles up to 100-PSIG liquid pressure. The nozzle works well with liquids containing particulate, the company reports.
