Valgro’s LBF long-belt finishing machine performs edge rounding, burr removal

Valgro offers the LBF long-belt finishing machine, which features a flexible abrasive belt that enables finishing on flat surfaces of large dimensions, as well as irregular shapes.

The flexible, adjustable table handles large materials that cannot be moved because of their size. The motorized table and long belt work together with several grinding tools to reach all areas of the piece.

The machine finishes hot-rolled sheet, square and rectangular tube, and flat bar, performing deburring and surface finishing, corner and edge deburring, and weld removal. It is available with a variety of working widths, with single and double abrasive belts and Scotch abrasive roller brushes for matte and satin finishing.
