Viking Blast & Wash Systems’ 600R tumble blaster offers 6-cu.-ft. capacity

Viking Blast & Wash Systems has released the 600R tumble blaster with a 6-cu.-ft. capacity and 900-lb. belt load capacity. The machine has 27-in.-dia. barrelheads and 37 in. across the blast chamber. The cabinet is fully lined with replaceable, wear-resistant liners. A vertical pneumatically controlled door with a safety interlock provides easy access and a quick turnaround for batch changes.

A 1.5-HP motor drives a bucket elevator abrasive lifting system with an air-wash separator to clean all the abrasive before blasting. The full-lip separator with sliding spreader plate ensures even distribution of the abrasive across the air stream. The separator vent has a slide gate to control static pressure within the separator and includes a contaminant refuse trap.
