VpCI-126 FR film from Cortec resists flames, corrosion

Cortec VpCI-126 FR combines vapor corrosion inhibitor film with flame resistance for dual protection of metals during storage or shipment. Available in the form of sheeting, tubing, and bags, the film includes vapor-phase corrosion inhibitors that vaporize and condense on metal surfaces inside the enclosed package, protecting the metal from corrosion.

Components placed inside the film do not have to be cleaned or degreased when taken out of the packaging because the protective molecular layer evaporates.
