Small-footprint Muratec LS 3015 GC fiber laser machine cuts highly reflective material

Muratec offers the LS 3015 GC fiber laser with flying optics. The small-footprint machine cuts through ferrous and nonferrous materials, including steel, stainless steel, brass, and bronze. The fiber laser’s short wavelength beam also allows processing of highly reflective materials, such as copper and aluminum.

The patented MVHS (microcomputer variable high speed) laser output control system enables simplified pulse adjustment, down to the millisecond, to help ensure a smooth cut. The control allows for stable laser production in a low power band for laser marking.
