TL 8525 laser tube cutting machine from LVD handles tubes to 27.8 ft. long

LVD has introduced the TL 8525 laser tube cutting machine. It offers a 27.8-ft. infeed length to process tubes up to 9.8 in. dia. round or square. Standard machine features include a 45-degree, 3D tilt-axis cutting head for beveling; six-position front loader; and an X-axis cutting head range of 3.9 ft. A 400-mm Z axis permits cutting of larger profiles.

The welded steel structure provides high rigidity and dynamics. The premounted chuck and steady rest facilitate machine installation and startup. The system offers a compact footprint and is accessible on all sides. Because loading/unloading is handled on one side, the machine can fit in a small space or against a wall.
