TRUMPF’s TruMatic 3000 delivers high-quality punched and laser-cut parts

The compact TruMatic 3000 from TRUMPF combines punching technology with fiber laser cutting. Parts can be manufactured entirely on just one machine, eliminating the need for follow-up processes. According to the company, the system’s descending die delivers scratch-free punching, and the touchpoint HMI allows for simple operation.

The system can laser cut, form, punch, tap, emboss, mark, engrave, and deburr. It automatically sorts parts up to 7 by 7 in. A large part removal flap enables automated unloading of parts up to 16 by 24 in.

The patented Delta Drive enables the punching head to move back and forth, eliminating the need for the sheet and support table to move in the Y axis.
