Compact beveling machine creates bevels to 3/8 in. wide

Saar-Hartmetall USA has announced the availability of the MMB 100 stationary beveling machine. The compact machine, which measures 26 by 14 by 20 in., can create smooth, burr-free bevel widths up to 3/8 in. on steel, stainless, and aluminum.

It allows manual feed for total control of a workpiece, with a fixed 45-degree angle bevel. The milling head has six indexable, four-sided inserts.
