AMRs available with lifter, roller modules

Omron mid-range AMR

Omron has introduced the MD-650 and MD-900 mid-range autonomous mobile robots, available with lifter and roller modules and options from ROEQ.

The TML500/TML750 flat-top lifter enables the two AMR models to pick up, transport, and drop off pallets and cargo up to 1,120 and 1,680 lbs. respectively. A new PR750 pallet rack also is available with a multirack option. An optional cargo sensor kit provides additional control to ensure goods stay in place on the AMR.

The TR600/TR700 heavy-duty top roller allows the AMRs to pick up and deliver goods up to 1,490 lbs. between conveyor stations. It includes the GuardCom system, which uses sensors to provide additional safety and efficiency when transferring between the top roller and receiving station.

Both modules come with ROEQ Assist software that weaves the equipment and features together and configures it into one system.
