Coval's CTC bell-type suction cup

Coval offers CTC bell-type suction cups for sheet metal handling. This design combines the strength and antislip qualities of flat suction cups with the ability of bellows suction cups to grip complex or angular shapes.

The new cups have a large deflection capability, able to adapt to gripping flat, convex, or angular sheet metal. Antislip cleats grip heavy, oily sheets, while the central stops help ensure thin sheets are gripping tightly without deformation.

Available in diameters from 4 to 100 mm, the thermoplastic polyurethane cups resist wear and oil. They are suitable for handling materials to feed machines, transfer parts between machines, and move parts to storage.
