The Portable Coalescer from Eriez® is designed for metalworking plants with multiple machines. The tramp oil separator can be moved easily from machine to machine to support tramp oil removal for an entire shop, the company states.

The unit uses an oil-attracting coalescing plate pack media to remove oils. The plate pack comprises more than 100 sq. ft. of coalescing area for maximum oil removal.

The unit is equipped with a standard electric submersible pump but can be upgraded with an optional air pump or a heavy-duty electric pump for deeper sumps. It also can be used on high-temperature fluids such as heavy-duty cleaners.
