Radio control receiver standardizes hoist and crane control

J D Neuhaus has developed a new concept for controlling hoists and cranes. The JDN-RC radio control receiver is designed for use in operating environments commonly found in industrial and offshore applications.

The controller features a solid, compact receiver to suit even hoists with low carrying capacity. Its components are housed in a shock-resistant GRP casing, offering protection class IP65.

The control is designed to help standardize hoist and crane control. As a result, the receiver can be mounted on the hoist or trolley, or at a separate location, in line with specific customer requirements. The standardized interface can be offered as a retrofit for the company’s existing product line.
