Accustrip offers a compact and complete swarf handling, oil separation, high-pressure cooling management system designed to help minimize downtime by automatically removing chips, recycling, and providing coolant free of impurities.

The company supplies installations of all sizes, from small machine shops with a single CNC machine to large plants. The system can transport tons of chips and coolant from far-flung CNC machines to a central plant, then separate chips and particles from the coolant and transport the chips back to the foundry to be cast and machined again.

The system handles chips efficiently, making it possible to switch between different materials and sort them out to the right container. The system also removes lubricant from the coolant without the need for slow processes in enormous tanks. This is done in the same flow, taking advantage of the oil’s natural propensity to aggregate, so after it is collected at a high speed in a patented capillary system, it can be routed out of the flow.

Impurities down to 15 microns are filtered off with no outside intervention. Filters are flushed clean with coolant and compressed air, and impurities are collected and discharged.
