Plasma cutting machine supported by hot-rolled fabricated main beam

Koike Aronson has unveiled the new PlateProX HD plasma/oxyfuel cutting machine. It features a hot-rolled fabricated main beam with ribs and gussets for strength, a rapid traverse speed of 1,500 IPM, linear bearings, and a helical gear rack on the X axis.

Other features include automated dual-side drive, 25-mm linear rails, AGMA 12 ground pinions for smooth movement, Hypertherm TrueHole, and an engineered electrical enclosure with Yaskawa drives and motors.

The machine is available with both conventional and high-definition plasma systems. An Edge Connect TC CNC with 19-in. glass touchscreen is optional.
