ATTC’s HelioCut consumable serves as drop-in replacement for Powermax torches

American Torch Tip has introduced the patent-pending HelioCut consumable for Powermax 45XP, Powermax 65, or Powermax 85 plasma cutting systems.

According to the company, the drop-in replacement decreases consumable wear, increases lifespan, and allows for an improved current path for the electrode. Its motionless electrode creates a strong, secure connection to the torch.

The kit is available in 45, 65, and 85 amps and includes two electrodes, two nozzles, and a swirl ring.
