Flatbed digital cutting system available

Zünd offers a multifunctional flatbed digital cutting system capable of processing a range of industrial materials with a continually expanding selection of cutting, routing, punching, and marking tools. A variety of automated material loading/offloading, robotics, and work flow options are available as needed.

The cutters are suitable as stand-alone systems for prototyping but can be configured for semiautomated production of shorter runs or fully automated, nonstop production as part of complex industrial work flows. Their open interface makes the cutting systems quick and easy to integrate into any existing production environment, says the company.

Zünd Cut Center, the company’s cutting software and user interface, supports the user in every processing phase with such features as material-saving nesting, an extensive materials library for automatic tool selection, registration, and cut time estimation.
