Power-up metalworking grinders from Metabo offer high RPM, amps

Metabo Corp. has introduced 11 new Power-up metalworking grinders from 4-1/2 to 6 in. Offering higher RPM and amps than previous models, they are designed to handle difficult tasks.

Features include S-automatic safety slip clutch, tool-free quick wheel change system, a 2-second fast brake and secure tethering point (depending on the model). The grinders are suitable for weld cleaning and removal, pipefitting, metal fabrication, shipbuilding, and beveling.
