Strippit E-1225 servo-electric punch press to be highlighted

LVD Strippit has introduced the Strippit E-1225 servo-electric punch press for forming and wheel tool operations. Its streamlined design uses a minimum of components to help increase reliability and uptime and decrease maintenance costs, the manufacturer states.

A 47-station turret provides a versatile mix of stations that accept shaped punches and dies, indexable multitools, tapping tools, and wheel tools. A 0.984-in. feed clearance between the upper and lower turret allows for higher forms. Programmable ram control produces an accurate formed part, the company reports, and the Touch-P touchscreen control allows the adjustment of individual parameters.

The machine is built on a heavy-duty, closed-welded frame for stability, and automation options are available.
