Thick-turret tooling compatible with AITS tool management system

Wilson Tool International® has introduced iSeries, a new line of thick-turret tooling designed to be compatible with the Amada ID Tooling System (AITS™) tool management system.

Each compatible tool is laser-marked with a data matrix code. Tooling characteristic documents ship with each tooling order. HPX and HP2 tooling includes a mechanically fastened guide retention feature, which helps ensure proper tool assembly during loading with simple push-button guide removal.
