Cole-Tuve Sahinler plate bending rolls equipped with two-roll drive

Cole-Tuve’s Sahinler hydraulic, four-roll, double-pinch plate bending rolls are equipped with a two-roll drive. Both the upper and lower central rolls are driven by a hydraulic motor through a planetary gearbox, the purpose of which is to make rolling easier.

The 4R HS is a fully hydraulic four-roll plate roll with hydraulic drive and hydraulic adjustments for the rolls and the drop end. Standard features include induction hardened rolls, two rolling speeds, a cone-bending attachment, and three electronic digital readouts on a mobile control console. Sizes vary from 3 to 13 ft. with capacities of 5/32 to 5/8 in. The 4R HSS model goes up to 20 ft. and capacities from 5/16 to 3-3/8 in.

The machines can be equipped optionally with NC, upgraded NC, CNC, and hydraulic overhead and side supports.
