DAVI plate rolls made for heavy-duty applications

DAVI offers three- and four-roll plate rolls designed for heavy-duty applications, including its MCA 0614 automatic line. This comes equipped with the company’s self-programming CNC system, which integrates with automation systems to reduce the need for additional labor.

The company’s products feature friction-free, mill-scale-proof, lubrication-free, and maintenance-free planetary guides; its patented digital Roll by Wire; and the servotronic parallel system.

The company’s MCP angle rolls are engineered for all kinds of profiles, especially heavy ones with tight tolerances. The structure of each machine is tested through FEM analysis. They are constructed with large-diameter shafts made of hardened alloy steel that rotate on self-aligning bearings and grant high resistance, high efficiency, and virtually no deflection, according to the company. Three independent hydraulic motors and three high-torque planetary drives are included in each design, and different CNC options are available to fit varied production needs.
