JW Winco’s Hygienic Design products meet sanitary standard requirements

JW Winco has developed a product family of special standard parts made of stainless steel for very high hygienic requirements. They combine minimal contamination tendency with optimum cleanability to meet the requirements of the 3-A sanitary standard, the EHEDG, and the DGUV test.

The Hygienic Design product family includes knobs, U-handles, hand levers, indexing plungers, latches, cover sleeves, leveling feet, and screws. All parts have vibratory finished or polished surfaces with maximum surface roughness less than Ra 0.8 μm, so dirt particles can be removed effectively during cleaning.
