Wet scrubber offers airflows up to 900 CFM

HydronPlus is Keller’s new energy-efficient wet scrubber geared toward processes that create combustible, explosive, or adhesive dust. It combines wet scrubber technology with the high separation efficiencies of dry filtration processes, which enables clean air recirculation.

This compact system with airflows of up to 900 CFM can be moved with changes in the workplace. Its plug-and-play design allows the operator to specify an airflow which the system automatically maintains using the frequency converter. This functionality boosts process safety, lowers costs, and increases flexibility, the company reports.

The wet scrubber offers a small footprint, low noise level, and easy access to all important components. It is equipped with suitable sensor technology and the corresponding interfaces for Industry 4.0 remote status monitoring.
