HBE320-523G band saw from Behringer Saws make miter cuts at high rate

Behringer Saws Inc. has introduced the HBE320-523G miter cutting band saw in automatic and semiautomatic models. The entry-level saw offers a high cutting rate, simplified handling, and precise cuts, the company reports.

Features include band guiding components made of vibration-dampening gray cast iron, an electrically powered chip brush, a wide miter cutting range, and a spray mist cooling system. The sensitive cutting pressure control system allows the saw to cut profiles and pipes at twice the speed of similar saws in a comparable price bracket, the manufacturer states.

The modular machine can be supplemented with infeed and outfeed roller conveyors, measuring devices, cross-conveying systems, and NC miter adjustment.
