LENOX 360 system tracks band saw performance metrics

LENOX has introduced the LENOX 360 system, which provides access to key band saw performance metrics and control of sawing operations data. The system is designed to help steel service centers and fabrication shops improve decision-making and efficiency by capturing data in real time.

Sensors installed on the saw transfer performance data, such as utilization and efficiency metrics, into the system. The data then is transmitted to the cloud, where it is analyzed and populated into customized dashboards, which display performance metrics of each machine, the entire facility, or a collection of facilities in real time. The collected data can be archived or referenced immediately.
