Morse Tooth Brush keeps tooth gullets clean for optimal cutting results

The M. K. Morse Co. has released the Tooth Brush, a magnetic chip brush that helps to ensure optimal cutting conditions with industrial band saw blades. The patent-pending design features 11 brush configurations to fit almost any saw and clear chips from blade teeth gullets.

The brass brush is designed for simple installation on all machines. The assembly includes a 4-in., 300-µm brass brush; two 50-lb. magnets with antiskid covers; and a pack of hardware including bolts, nuts, washers, and a sleeve.
