Adjustable gas savers reduce shielding gas consumption

Gas Wizard™ adjustable inert gas savers from Wire Wizard® Welding Products reduce gas consumption by restricting the gas surge that occurs at arc initiation. The units allow fine-tuning of the gas flow, which aids facilities using long bulk gas delivery systems with pressure drops.

Gas savers can be installed in GMAW or GTAW applications at the inlet or outlet side of the solenoid. All gas savers feature a built-in screen to prevent blockage.
