Anca’s RoboMate LaserEtch and AutoMarkX offer automatic laser marking

Anca offers two automatic laser marking options for a variety of applications and individual requirements.

RoboMate LaserEtch is an integrated laser system that can be added to the Anca RobotMate loader for the TX and MX platforms, allowing laser marking of individual tools in-process. After grinding, the tool is laser-marked automatically, such as with an ID and company logo graphics, without any increase to tool takt time.

With the AutoMarkX automatic, stand-alone laser marking station, the operator loads two full pallets of tools, and the robot performs the laser marking operations. It can accommodate a variety of tool sizes.
