Directional fan shuts off automatically

Big Ass Solutions has introduced AirEye, a directional fan that detects motion and shuts off automatically, so it operates only when workers are present. According to the company, the fan moves up to 48 percent more air than other fans, enough to create a breeze 120 ft. away.

The patented airfoils produce low noise, even at full speed. Infinite speed control allows the fan to operate at 1 to 100 percent of full speed, rather than the typical two to three settings.

A variety of mounts are available, including I-beam, C-channel, wall, swivel, and portable pedestal. The fan comes in 20-, 24-, and 30-in. diameters.
