Keyence CV-X 300 vision system developed for use throughout manufacturing facilities

Keyence Corp. of America has released the CV-X 300 vision system, designed for use throughout manufacturing facilities to help find defects, chips, and dents; locate parts; and inspect the correct assembly.

The unit includes options for IP64-rated, high-speed cameras and IP67-rated ring lights and bar lights. New troubleshooting features allow for less downtime and easier replication of systems throughout entire facilities. Character recognition tools use dynamic regions that do not require an initial character library.
