Software module adds insight into welding production efficiency

Kemppi has introduced WeldEye for Welding Production Analysis, a module for its WeldEye universal welding management software, which offers welding production monitoring and analysis.

The module tracks and measures the arc time of welding stations and standard times in serial production. It also provides information on the time spent on nonwelding activities with reason codes. The software’s data mining tool arranges the data into user-friendly visualizations and provides comparisons between planned and actual welding time per machine, teams, shifts locations, or projects.
