Three-zone conveyor oven developed

Grieve has developed No. 865, a 750-degrees-F, three-zone conveyor oven currently used for curing coatings at the customer’s test facility. Workspace dimensions of this oven are 30 in. by 18 ft. by 15 in. Incoloy-sheathed tubular heating elements hold 90-kW, while three 1,500-CFM, 1-1/2-HP recirculating blowers provide vertical downward airflow to the workload.

The conveyor oven has a 4-ft.-long, open-belt loading zone and 4-ft.-long open unloading zone. Features include three 6-ft.-long insulated heat zones with independent recirculated airflow and temperature control, 6-in. insulated walls, and aluminized steel exterior.
