Bradbury’s FlatTrak CL strip evaluation system helps user choose adjustments to improve flatness

The FlatTrak CL strip evaluation system from Bradbury uses artificial intelligence to analyze strip condition and provide suggested adjustments to a leveler for processing flat material.

The machine continuously scans the strip surface for shape defects. The video monitor depicts actual shape conditions in real time, allowing the operator to make an informed decision for adjustment to improve flatness. The operator can adjust the leveler and see in real time how the changes affect material shape.

When installed with the e•Drive leveler, the system can adjust the leveler automatically to maintain a flat strip, allowing the operator to focus on other production line tasks.
