Hand-held probe added to FARO 6DoF TrackArm laser tracker

FARO® has released the 6DoF TrackArm with 6Probe. It measures or scans over tens of meters with no loss in accuracy, no line of sight issues, and simultaneous measurement by many operators, says the company.

The 6Probe is a fully integrated hand-held probe for probing hidden, hard-to-reach features. This new functionality addresses large-scale metrology applications in the automotive, aerospace, construction, heavy equipment, and shipbuilding industries.
