Multi-LED, broad-beam UV-A lamp meets NDT inspection requirements

The Spectroline® TRITAN™ 365 series multi-LED, broad-beam UV-A (365-nm) lamp is designed for a variety of NDT applications. Each lamp features three ultrahigh-flux UV-A LEDs for NDT inspection, plus a white-light LED to illuminate dark work areas. A rubber bumper with a Borofloat® glass lens protects the LEDs from damage.

The compact, 16-oz. lamp is available in three versions. The TRI-365HB high-intensity model provides a nominal steady-state UV-A intensity of 9,000 µW/cm² at 15 in. The TRI-365DB and TRI-365DBB are standard-intensity models that are tuned to ensure a maximum steady-state UV-A intensity of less than 5,000 µW/cm² at 15 in. The DBB lamp has a faceplate with integral black light filters that cover the LEDs and reduce the output of wavelengths longer than 400 nm.
