Starrett’s AVR-FOV 0.14X multisensor vision system offers large field of view

The L.S. Starrett Co. has added a 0.14 magnification lens to its AVR300 multisensor vision system, giving it a 2.36- by 1.90-in. field of view. This allows more of the part to be viewed in every image for improved efficiency and accuracy.

With its ability to stitch together multiple images into one larger image, as well as its touch probe technology, the AVR-FOV 0.14X can inspect a variety of features on large or complex parts, as well as on multiple small parts.

Automated part programs deliver accurate results to the micron level in seconds with go/no-go tolerance zones, says the company, and data is provided in one report.
